customer experience. You focus on the following areas,
mainly in German:
Consulting and Mandate Work
You advise companies as well as private individuals in the fields of commercial and IT law. Your focus is on data protection, licensing, contract, and copyright law.
You draft and review contracts in various legal areas,
especially in software, contract for work, and sales law.
You conduct legal clarifications and contribute to expert opinions.
Representation and Negotiation
You represent our clients before authorities and in out-of-court
negotiations.
You develop legal strategies and negotiation tactics for court and negotiations.
Leadership
You lead our IT Law team and are responsible for its expansion and continuous development.
Your Profile
You have obtained a Master’s degree in law with a very good grade.
You hold a Swiss or a foreign lawyer’s licence recognised in Switzerland.
You bring several years of professional experience in IT law as well as data protection and technology law and are well acquainted with the processes in a commercial law firm or a comparable environment.
You have a flair for entrepreneurship and an interest in commercial and especially employment law issues.
You bring a lot of independence, initiative, and teamwork skills.
You seek and value collaboration with lawyers in a commercial law firm.
