The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.

With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Accounting Clerk (m/f/d), 80-100%

Your tasks

• Independent management of accounts payable and receivable, including payment transactions and dunning
• Posting of bank and cash transactions as well as reconciliation of bank accounts
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Participation in controlling and active support in the preparation of cost accounting
• Close cooperation with patient administration, service management, and other departments on financial matters, including support with patient billing and independent handling of general administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification; further training in accounting is an advantage but not a requirement
• Initial professional experience in accounting, interest in further development in this area – recent graduates and returnees are explicitly welcome
• You work reliably and independently, think proactively, and recognise connections
• Good IT user skills, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
• A basic attitude characterised by appreciation and respect – towards colleagues as well as patients
