What to expect

• You will learn to build, operate, monitor and further develop IT systems
• You will deal with hardware, software, networks and operating systems
• You will set up computers and workstations, install software and configure devices
• You will support our employees with technical questions and resolve support requests on site, by phone or digitally
• You will learn to systematically analyse technical problems and find suitable solutions
• You will participate in IT projects and take on increasing responsibility as you gain experience

• Good German, English and mathematics skills
• Enjoyment of IT, technology and digital solutions
• Logical and interconnected thinking ability
• Enjoyment in analysing problems and finding solutions
• Patience and perseverance, even if a solution does not work immediately
