Your Tasks
- Professional, organisational and personnel management of anaesthesia care, IMCU, recovery room and day clinic
- Taking over daily responsibility and OR coordination
- Participation in the daily business of anaesthesia, as well as occasional night and weekend shifts
- Independent performance of general anaesthesia under the delegated responsibility of the anaesthetist
- Ensuring high-quality care of our patients
- Promotion and development of employees as well as conducting employee interviews
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and other professional groups
- Participation in projects for the further development of inpatient care
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH with the NDS Anaesthesia Care or comparable qualification with corresponding recognition
- Professional experience in the field of IMCU or intensive care medicine is an advantage
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- High professional, social and leadership competence
- Organisational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Resilience, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
