My client, BKW Management AG, is expanding its Compliance Department. With your expertise and experience, you will complement the Compliance and Sustainability team and contribute, among other things, to the development and expansion of a Compliance Management System! What you can expect: In this diverse role, you will analyse the domestic and international regulatory environment for legal and regulatory developments, identify relevant Legal & Compliance risks, and implement necessary measures. As part of a current project, you will be involved in the development and expansion of a Compliance Management System and create target group-specific offerings within your area of responsibility. Additionally, you will conduct internal training sessions and information events and provide internal advice to clients focusing on Compliance, Data Protection (EU GDPR), Financial Market Compliance, and Contract Law. You will also conduct internal investigations and process incoming compliance reports. You bring with you: * University degree in Business or Law * Additional qualifications advantageous (Bar admission, LL.M., PhD, or similar) * Several years of proven practical experience in Legal & Compliance, ideally with an internationally active company * Broad experience in processing, structuring, and implementing regulatory and legal issues * Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a proactive, solution-oriented working style * High degree of independence and skill in dealing with internal and external contacts * Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; French and/or Italian skills are an advantage As a forward-looking company, my client offers you the possibility of a hybrid workplace model.
