• You lead and coordinate a motivated team in steel construction

• You plan and supervise steel construction projects from preparation to completion

• You are responsible for deadlines, quality and budget

• You ensure professional execution according to applicable standards

• You promote the further development of your team

• You coordinate collaboration with other trades and external partners

• You take care of occupational safety and health protection

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in metal construction, locksmith or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in steel construction, ideally with leadership experience

• Sound knowledge in steel construction planning and assembly

• Organisational talent and a structured way of working

• Assertiveness combined with social competence

• Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration

• Driving licence category B as well as trailer test (cat. BE)
