Pension Fund Auditor 80-100% (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a company specialising in individual pension and financial advice located in Zurich, we are immediately seeking an experienced individual for mandate management in the pension fund sector. You will take on mandate responsibility for a large autonomous pension fund and ensure its comprehensive and independent management. In this role, you will support people in shaping their lives financially independently and act as a competent contact person for insured persons.
Responsibilities:
You handle the day-to-day business in the area of actuarial and administrative management of autonomous pension funds (including entries and exits, salary changes, buy-ins, WEF withdrawals, divorces, retirements, death and disability cases, pension payments, contribution collection, benefit and contribution calculations)
You take on mandate responsibility for a large autonomous pension fund and ensure its comprehensive, independent management
You act as a competent contact person for insured persons for telephone and written enquiries
You ensure professional and reliable collaboration in exchange with internal and external stakeholders
You actively contribute your expertise to projects and specialist groups
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training as a pension scheme specialist with a federal certificate of competence or a comparable qualification
You possess in-depth knowledge of occupational pensions and bring several years of professional experience in managing autonomous pension funds; independent management of complex mandates is familiar to you
You already have professional experience in the 2nd pillar and apply your expertise in daily business
You are a precise and motivated individual and enjoy working independently
You are proficient in German and French, both written and spoken, and communicate appropriately with different stakeholder groups
