Polymechanic with Leadership Experience CNC Team Management

• Operational management of manufacturing with overall responsibility for the CNC machining area
• Planning, control and monitoring of capacity and detailed scheduling
• Ensuring timely and economical production
• Optimisation of throughput times, processes and resource utilisation
• Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety and productivity targets
• Leadership, deployment planning and further development of employees in the production area
• Close cooperation with work preparation, design, purchasing and logistics
• Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes according to Lean principles

• Completed technical basic training, preferably as a polymechanic, production mechanic or comparable qualification
• Further training as a certified technician HF mechanical engineering or comparable further training (completed or in training)
• Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing
• Experience in production planning as well as in leading employees
• Strong organisational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
