To strengthen our team in the Catering sector, we are immediately looking for a motivated and committed person for a permanent position at the Sierre site as a Versatile Pizzaiolo/a, 80%.
Your responsibilities
- You are an integral part of our kitchen team and work with fresh products, which we preferably purchase from regional suppliers.
- You ensure that the buffet is clean and complete.
- You ensure at all times the preparation of products, their freshness and quality.
- You contribute to creating an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept.
- You ensure that the area assigned to you is well organised, clean and complete.
- You consistently comply with the prescribed hygiene rules.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have a basic training as a chef/cook with a federal certificate of competence (CFC) or as a system catering specialist with a CFC.
- You already have extensive professional experience as a pizzaiolo/pizzaiola or in an equivalent activity.
- You are able to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and maintain an overview in busy situations.
- You convince with your sales intuition, your special sensitivity for our customers and your positive energy.
- You attach great importance to an independent, clean and motivated working style.
- You use available resources carefully and sustainably.
- You speak French very well and preferably know Italian.
