Your tasks
- You are the central point of contact – a competent liaison for the Finance Directorate for internal and external enquiries.
- You are responsible for the calendar of the Finance Director and the Chief of Staff and coordinate their appointments proactively.
- You support the Finance Director, the Chief of Staff, and the staff members (including the Economic Affairs unit) with administrative and organisational tasks in daily business as well as in projects, keeping an overview of outstanding matters.
- You organise meetings and events.
- You seize the opportunities of digital transformation and are committed to its implementation in the administrative area.
Your profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma and have completed suitable further training (ideally as an Executive Assistant with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education).
- You work confidently with MS 365, preferably have experience with business management and CRM systems, and are interested in new IT solutions.
- Your strengths include a friendly, engaging manner and a strong service orientation, excellent organisational skills, a quick grasp, and the ability to think holistically.
- Your communication in German is confident, clear, and correct.
- You work in a structured, reliable, proactive, and independent manner.
- Your composure and sense of humour enable you to remain calm even in hectic situations.
