Since 2013, we have been offering extensive training in controlling and performance management with the Performance Management Academy . The programme includes more than a dozen seminars with several hundred participants in St.Gallen and addresses experienced specialists and managers from the finance sector. Your tasks
- You are the central contact person for our customers in seminar management within our three-person team and are responsible, among other things, for coordinating dates and registrations, booking and preparing rooms, as well as issuing participation certificates.
- Handling enquiries by phone and email is also part of your duties, as is actively building and maintaining customer relationships and acquiring new seminar participants.
- You are responsible for the CRM system (MS Dynamics), including maintaining and updating data as well as sending newsletters and mailings.
- You maintain internal and external communication channels (e.g. learning platform Rise, WordPress, LinkedIn, mailings)
- You support the implementation of our marketing strategy, e.g. by creating promotional materials (especially PPT).
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in seminar management or a similar area with demanding customer contact.
- You are a flexible and solution-oriented personality with a passion for quality and details as well as an affinity for IT tools.
- You are confident in using MS Office. Ideally, you have already gained experience with CRM systems and graphic tools (e.g. Canva).
- You have a pronounced ability to respond specifically to customer needs and enjoy telephone customer contact. You possess very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills.
- You enjoy working proactively, reliably and with great pleasure in a small team. You are characterised by resilience and composure.
