Role Description

As a Host or Hostess, you are the face of our restaurant. You greet guests with a smile, organise birthday parties and creative activities, and ensure that everyone - especially the little ones - has fun. You bring energy, creativity and a positive spirit to the team.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere
• Organise birthday parties and creative events for children
• Lead kitchen tours for guests
• Support the team at the counter, McDrive or in the dining area during peak times
• Assist management with administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• Open and positive personality
• Enjoy working with people, especially children
• Creativity and lots of ideas
• Team spirit, reliability and motivation
• Good communication skills (Italian required, other languages are a plus)
