Special Manufacture - Precision Assembly

Job Description

• Assembly of miniature motors with diameters from 10 mm to 65 mm
• Working under the microscope
• Joining and bonding of components
• Bending and cutting of thin copper wires
• Operating simple hand presses up to complex machines
• Soldering copper wires onto circuit boards
• Reading and implementing technical instructions

We Expect

• Strong tactile perception and excellent manual dexterity
• Very good eyesight, especially for microscope work
• High craftsmanship skills and precise working methods
• No allergies to adhesives, oils/fats, cleaning agents or similar substances
• Experience in microscope work
• Desirable: experience in stripping, measuring, crimping, gluing and casting
• Reliability, willingness to learn and flexibility, both in individual and group work
• High personal responsibility and independence
• Teamwork skills and strong communication
• Punctuality and commitment
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B1)
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing is an advantage
