WHO WE ARE
The Freiruum in Zug is an innovative experience venue that combines enjoyment, sports, and events on 11,500 m². As part of the Pointbreak Group, Freiruum benefits from a strong network of agencies, companies, and specialists. In the former shed hall, which served as a production site until 2018, Freiruum was created in 2019. Here, visitors can discover new things in various areas, move, and enjoy themselves. With around 80 dedicated employees, unforgettable experiences are created daily.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are an open and helpful personality who enjoys contact with customers and guests and is characterized by a high level of customer orientation. Ideally, you already have experience in gastronomy, either in service or at the bar, and bring solid expertise. You are flexible and versatile, enjoy working in a team, and are not afraid to actively contribute in different areas. Regular shifts, occasionally at night, are natural for you and part of your daily work. You enjoy working independently as well as taking responsibility for your tasks. You bring a high level of initiative and ensure both guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in a similar field
- Young personality, at least 20 years old
- High hosting qualities
- Experience and enjoyment in dealing with guests
- Mixology, bar experience an advantage
- German and English skills an advantage
- Reliable and independent
