Your role:

• You take on the operational, qualitative, financial and personnel responsibility for the support services for several client mandates in healthcare.
  
• You lead, promote and continuously develop your team of around 55 employees.
  
• You maintain constant, close customer contact and act as a competent contact person for technical questions.
  
• You are responsible for all support services, ensure a high-quality service and guarantee strict compliance with all hygiene guidelines.
  
• You regularly conduct quality checks, actively coach your employees and support them in daily business.
  
• You work interdisciplinarily closely with other departments and interfaces.
  
• You plan, organise, coordinate, monitor and optimise all workflows in your facilities.
  
• You independently recruit new staff for your teams.
  
• You efficiently manage and coordinate all material, machine and equipment orders.
  
• You reliably complete all administrative tasks and bear full budget responsibility.
  

• You have completed training or further education in housekeeping, cleaning or facility management as well as several years of solid professional experience.
• You have already gained valuable professional experience in healthcare and/or upscale hospitality.
• You possess proven, several years of leadership experience and are characterised by a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• You are a personable, communicative and solution-oriented personality and have a strong sense of organisation and coordination.
• You convince with your structured, solution-oriented and precise way of working.
• You are characterised by a high service orientation, flexibility and independence.
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form (additional languages are a great advantage).
• You are absolutely proficient in the use of common MS Office applications.
• You must have a category B driving licence as well as your own car.
• You bring the necessary flexibility for 24/7 availability and occasionally accompany your cleaning staff on evening shifts.
