To strengthen our team in Gossau, we are looking for a committed individual as Vocational Training Manager Electrical Installation 80-100%.
The responsibility for vocational training comprises around 50% of the position. The remaining percentage can be supplemented with activities in the areas of electrical installation, electrical inspections, energy technology, and customer support.
Your tasks
- Training and support of our apprentices in the practical, school, and inter-company specialist areas
- Advising and supporting the trainers in the field of electrical installation
- Further development and redesign of internal training and education programmes
- Responsibility for the further development and operation of our apprentice workshop
- Promotion and support of the professional and personal development of our apprentices
- Collaboration with vocational schools, parents, and internal specialist managers

What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Further training as a project manager, certified electrical installer, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally several years of professional experience in electrical installation or project management
- Enjoyment in working with young people and in knowledge transfer
- High initiative, sense of responsibility, and organisational talent
- Driving licence category B
