Mental health and addictions (dual approach) / harm reduction and engagement in follow-up / recovery pedagogy

The Champ-Fleuri Foundation is a medicalised psychosocial establishment (EPSM) with the mission to support residents with a focus on harm reduction and engagement in follow-up.

It accommodates 38 people in Glion above Montreux, with an average age of 40 years, for stays averaging 3 to 4 years.

The multidisciplinary support is based on recovery pedagogy.

Your profile

• Training as a social educator (ES/HES) or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in the field of mental health and addictions
• Commitment, adaptability and a taste for teamwork
• Good interpersonal skills and a compassionate professional attitude towards complex situations

Your duties

• Daily support of residents in everyday life activities
• Organisation and facilitation of socio-educational activities, both individual and collective
• Case management: development and implementation of personalised support plans with the individuals concerned and their network
• Support in the institution’s consumption areas, with a harm reduction and health promotion approach
• Ensure interdisciplinary health follow-up of your cases and work according to the dual approach (psychiatric and addiction-related)
• Help residents maintain family and social ties
