As part of the development of one of our clients’ activities in Switzerland, we are currently recruiting a Senior Sanitary Project Manager based in Geneva, to work on projects in French-speaking Switzerland.

You will be responsible for managing sanitary projects, from the definition and design of technical solutions to monitoring their implementation and the acceptance of installations, coordinating with the various project stakeholders.

Job Description

• Analyse needs and design water supply and drainage networks.
• Supervise sizing and verify the consistency of technical choices.
• Prepare specifications and tender documents.
• Organise the production of plans and documents with technical teams.
• Ensure monitoring of budgets, schedules, and quality of services.
• Coordinate the integration of installations with other project participants.
• Participate in technical meetings and oversee the progress of works.
• Support inspections, commissioning, and acceptance of installations.

Qualifications

• Higher education in sanitary installations, building technology, HVAC engineering, building technical engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Significant professional experience in the sanitary field, ideally around 20 years, with solid project management practice.
• Confirmed experience in Switzerland is essential, with good knowledge of practices, standards, and requirements applicable to sanitary installations.
• Experience in managing complex technical projects, from design to acceptance of installations.
• Good command of project monitoring: budget, scheduling, technical coordination, quality, and interface management.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Autonomy, rigour, organisation, and decision-making ability.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with clients, companies, and project partners.
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of planning, project management, and technical design tools is an asset.
