About the job
For the duration of a maternity leave from December 2026 to the end of May 2027, we are looking for a committed substitute as a Residential Staff Member.
What is the Acherli Residential Home?
Acherli offers a home to people with a psychological and/or cognitive impairment. As a team, we support the residents in achieving their goals and wishes, meeting each other at eye level, with support for self-determination and participation being central at Acherli.
What does your work look like?
• You work in a reliable and motivated two-person team in a residential group with seven residents in House A.
• You accompany 3 residents as a key contact person in the areas of living and leisure activities.
• You support the residents in representing their interests to their environment.
• You work interdisciplinarily with relatives, medical professionals, employers, legal guardians, and other specialists.
What should you bring?
• Ideally, you have training in social pedagogy or social work HF/FH.
• You are proactive, resilient, open, humorous, and reliable.
• You enjoy working in a team and take responsibility in everyday group life.
• You are willing to take on evening and on-call duties and one weekend duty per month.
