For our nursery in Villars-sur-Glâne, we are looking for a candidate to start at a date to be agreed upon, for a:
Socio-educational Assistant and Group Leader at 80-100%
Your mission:
As an early childhood professional, you play a key role in the overall development of the child and the implementation of the center's educational project. You support each child in an environment of trust, emotional security, and openness to the world, while ensuring strong links between the team, families, and the center. Finally, you supervise a small team composed of ASE, interns, and APE, thus fulfilling a complete managerial role.
Your profile:
Certified ASE or equivalent recognized by the competent authority.
Bilingual French/English is an asset.
Previous experience in team management.
Awareness of issues related to well-being, sustainability, and cultural diversity.
Recognition of your ability to create a safe and stimulating environment, both for children and your team.
Strong interpersonal skills and passion for collaborative work with children, families, and teams.
