• Holistic, needs-oriented, individual and professionally competent care and support of our residents in the protected residential area
• Competent execution of nursing measures during their recovery and rehabilitation phase
• Active participation in shaping and implementing the care process and close cooperation with doctors and therapists
• Electronic nursing documentation with easyDOK and involvement in care needs assessment according to RAI-NH
• Additional tasks according to individual specifications
• Planning and implementation of activities in the area of living environment and daily life design
• Assumption of daily responsibility in the residential area

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with professional experience
  (for foreign qualifications, equivalent training recognised by the SRK)
• Empathetic, flexible, resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Ability to assess unstable care situations and initiate appropriate measures
• Great enjoyment of complex and changing care situations and rehabilitative care
• Good communication skills with confident German language skills in spoken and written form
