What is my role?

• You set up and programme long turning machines as well as Robert & Schneider lathes and get them running

• Based on technical documents, you plan your work steps and adjust the machines accordingly?

• You ensure that machines, systems and tools are always ready for use

• You keep an eye on production, check the products and improve processes

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a polymechanic or production mechanic EFZ

• You bring practical experience in programming and setting up the mentioned machines

• Responsibility, reliability and a clear focus on the goal characterise you

• You are a team player, like to get stuck in and keep a cool head even under pressure

• Curiosity and the desire to develop further drive you
