Department:DSDCEntity:State Human Resources Service (SRHE)Activities:Whether at reception or on the phone, you create a warm and professional connection with each interlocutor.At the same time, you handle essential administrative tasks such as mail processing, drafting correspondence, and electronic filing. In doing so, you contribute to the smooth running of the service by ensuring reliable and efficient administrative follow-up.
Desired profile:You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee as well as a commercial maturity certificate. Your background has ideally allowed you to gain initial experience in the field of human resources (HR), or to develop administrative skills related to the requirements of the role. The HR manager certificate is an advantage for this position.What makes the difference in our eyes is your reliability, organisational skills, and ability to combine autonomy with team spirit.
Your adaptability and flexibility allow you to calmly manage evolving priorities and adjust to project needs.
Only applications corresponding to a 50% workload will be considered. This workload requires mandatory presence all day on Fridays.
