Quality Technician (m/f/d)

Role:
You support quality management in daily operations and are an important contact person for internal quality issues. You handle complaints, accompany audit measures, and actively participate in projects for quality and process optimisation. In close cooperation with production, purchasing, and other departments, you help to sustainably ensure and further develop quality standards.
Responsibilities:
You support quality management with daily tasks and ensure efficient handling of quality issues.
You handle internal and external complaints, analyse matters, and ensure consistent follow-up of appropriate measures.
You are a competent contact person for quality issues within the company.
You coordinate and monitor the implementation of audit measures and support their sustainable implementation.
You participate in various quality and optimisation projects, for example with new parts, sampling, and process optimisations.
You support the further development and optimisation of existing quality processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ, or a comparable technical qualification.
Ideally, you have experience in complaint management and in an industrial environment.
Knowledge or initial contact with IATF 16949 is an advantage.
You possess good technical understanding and are interested in quality processes and their continuous improvement.
You are confident in using MS Office and have good general IT skills.
You communicate clearly and convincingly and are characterised by a strong service orientation.
