Valet / Porter (M/F)
Job Description
Under the supervision of your manager you will be required to:
- Welcome, greet and guide guests in the hotel
- Ensure and manage the parking of guests' cars
- Open the vehicle door upon arrival and assist passengers in exiting
- Remove luggage from the vehicle and carry it to the room
- Handle guest arrivals and departures in coordination with the responsible department
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the luggage storage area, and ensure the security of the stored luggage
- Welcome, greet and guide guests in the hotel and around Geneva
- Transfer Hotel / Watches & Wonders
Profile Sought
With at least 1 year of experience in a 4* or 5* establishment which allows you to approach this challenge with greater ease. You hold a driving licence B, D or D1, you are careful, cautious and have a sense of hospitality.
You are versatile, organised, observant and do not hesitate to take initiatives.
You speak fluent French and are comfortable in English.
