Logistics Team Leader, 80%
Workplace: Zurich Höngg
Do you enjoy supporting, motivating, and promoting people? Are you familiar with webshop logistics and have professional and leadership experience? Do you consider yourself a team player, reliable, and flexible? Are you a service-oriented and resilient personality for whom natural interaction with people with disabilities is a matter of course? Then you are exactly right with us!
In this versatile role, you and your team are responsible for the e-commerce fulfillment of several customer webshops and ensure all process steps. We have a "du" culture and also address potential new colleagues informally.
We offer you
- Co-leadership, guidance, and promotion of a team of about ten employees with psychological or physical disabilities according to work-pedagogical principles
- Oral and written communication with our customers
- Coordination and control of customer orders in cooperation with other departments
- Very good benefits and participation in internal and external training
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00
- 40-hour week, including 2 paid breaks per day
- 5 – 6 weeks of vacation and paid bridge days

What you bring
- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ or similar education
- Proven leadership experience
- Willingness to engage with and further educate in work-pedagogical topics
- Experience in customer contact is an advantage
- Good knowledge in using warehouse management software
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
