WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US
- You will create, together with your team, a structured living environment that enables self-determination, development, and social participation for six children and young people with disabilities and on the autism spectrum.
- You will accompany residents individually on their developmental path and strengthen their resources and potential.
- You will lead your team with clarity, trust, and appreciation.
- You will promote the professional and personal development within your team.
- You will actively participate in care and in shaping everyday life.
- You will contribute your expertise in internal specialist and project groups.
- You will maintain professional collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, professionals, and other stakeholders.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH or a comparable qualification.
- You bring experience or special interest in supporting children and young people with disabilities and on the autism spectrum.
- You are familiar with communication with children and young people with limited or absent spoken language and support them with appropriate communication methods.
- You convince with a positive attitude, patience, and a sense of responsibility.
- You have leadership experience and corresponding leadership training or are willing to undertake such training.
- You think and act in a solution-oriented, structured manner with a view to the bigger picture.

The Scalottas Foundation in Scharans is located in the sunny Domleschg, 25 km from Chur. The beautifully situated competence centre with views of the Heinzenberg and Piz Beverin offers 12 children and 73 adults with disabilities care and support tailored to their needs, schooling, employment, therapy, and residential places. Around 200 employees in 28 professions are committed to our motto "for more quality of life".
