For our strategic Business Unit «Process Analytics» at the METTLER TOLEDO site in Urdorf, we are looking for a committed person as HR Business Partner 80%. In this role, you will take on the following tasks: Accompanying and advising employees and managers in all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Ensuring smooth HR process workflows at the site in collaboration with HR Service Delivery. Ensuring professional HR / Talent Management to achieve strategic business goals. Close cooperation with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team in filling key positions. Monitoring compliance with labor law requirements and the company regulations at the Urdorf site. Developing and implementing concepts regarding corporate culture, employer value branding, and promoting employee engagement. Organizational development: supporting team development as well as implementing measures in change and transformation projects Member of the local management team with a specific focus on human resources and competencies/training and local events. Personnel management of the reception team (3), the cafeteria (2), and an HR professional. Participation in cross-departmental HR projects and activities at the Switzerland site.
