About the job
What you will be responsible for with us
- You will independently carry out inspections of building services (electrical and sanitary systems, heating, ventilation)
- You will repair all sorts of things inside and outside the buildings such as doors, windows, walls, joints, WC facilities, floors, paths, furniture, etc.
- You will ensure the functionality and safety of building services systems, playgrounds and waste disposal facilities through targeted maintenance
- You will care for our plants inside the building, and outside the lawn, meadow, hedge, fence, shafts, our parking area and the road surface
- You will take on cleaning tasks both indoors and outdoors
