- Preparation of complete export and customs documents (including invoices, shipping papers, and preference certificates) according to international regulations
- Issuance of certificates of origin as well as country-specific export documents according to customer requirements
- Verification and approval of freight forwarding and packaging invoices as well as close coordination with freight forwarders and internal departments
- Letters of credit, bank guarantees, and customs-related clarifications with authorities, customers, and agents
- Several years of professional experience in export processing and customs law
- Very good German and good English skills
- Further training as an export clerk or foreign trade merchant is mandatory
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office

Profile
- Commercial training, ideally in export or foreign trade- Several years of professional experience in export processing and customs law
- Very good German and good English skills
- Further training as an export clerk or foreign trade merchant is mandatory
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
