Design Planner Facade Construction / Timber Construction (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 98,000Our ROCKEN partner combines development, planning and timber construction under one roof as a full-service provider with a focus on timber.
Role:
Take responsibility for demanding building envelopes from the first sketch to final handover and shape modern architectural projects. In this key position, you combine technical know-how in facade construction with a fascination for sustainable materials.
Responsibilities:
Plan facade projects: You take on the entire 2D and 3D construction from preliminary study to realisation.
Optimise constructions: You continuously refine the quality, cost-effectiveness and ecological sustainability of the components.
Support project management: You back up the project management and assist with work preparation.
Contribute to costing: You actively bring your technical expertise to the preparation of offers.
Qualifications:
Industry experience: You have a solid foundation in facade construction and a passion for the material timber.
Construction know-how: You are proficient in planning demanding building envelopes or in timber system construction.
Trade crossover: You are intrigued by the combination of different materials and the interfaces with other trades.
Working style: You work independently, think solution-oriented and gladly take on personal responsibility.
Soft skills: Your profile is rounded off by strong communication and genuine team spirit.
