Tasks
- Wartung und Instandhaltung von Heizungs- und Klimaanlagen.
- Bearbeitung von Störungen und Durchführung von Reparaturen.
- Führung der direkt unterstellten Angestellten und Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker oder ähnliche Qualifikation.
- Selbstständige, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Führungsqualitäten.
- Bereitschaft zu Piketteinsätzen und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.

- Maintenance and servicing of heating, ventilation, as well as refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Troubleshooting and carrying out repairs
- Supervision of the building management system and its automation stations
- Commissioning of new systems
- Accompanying and monitoring the work of external technicians within our production.
- Maintenance of the maintenance programme and its inventory management
- Leadership of directly subordinate employees
Your profile:
- Completed training as a ventilation, sanitary, heating, or refrigeration technician or a technical basic training (e.g. electromechanic)
- Independent, committed personality with leadership qualities
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Willingness for on-call duty and standby service
- Handling a modern maintenance programme is no problem for you.
- You keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
- Driving licence category B and own vehicle are mandatory
