Your new tasks

• Responsible for the business development of WinCC SCADA systems (focus on WinCC OA) throughout Switzerland
• Technically process customer enquiries, develop solution concepts, prepare offers and support sales in contract negotiations
• Develop and roll out business development measures in coordination with global and local organisations
• Enable internal organisational units to support SCADA sales and report market requirements in a structured manner back to the global organisation
• Maintain pipeline (CRM system), acquire new customers and projects, and ensure regular reporting and forecasting
• Build long-term customer partnerships and ensure/coordinate technical support
• Create and deliver technical presentations for customers, events and trade fairs

Your talents and experience

• You have a technical education/training, plus sound knowledge in automation technology and/or digital and software-based solutions
• The more you can identify with the team’s focus areas, the better: approx. 3-5 years of experience in control systems for machines and plants, IT/OT integrations, artificial intelligence and software sales
• Know-how in the interplay of automation and WinCC control systems
• Proven skills in developing individual solution concepts and successful sales closures in the automation business
• Your ability to successfully complete forward-looking projects distinguishes you
• A high willingness to travel (approx. 50%) for customer visits throughout Switzerland (focus on German-speaking Switzerland) is required
• Very good German skills and good English skills
