Currently, the company is looking for a Food Production Quality Manager to oversee quality control processes, ensure product compliance, and support teams in continuous improvement.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You manage activities related to operational quality by ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements as well as handling deviations and field feedback
- You monitor quality performance indicators and contribute to the optimisation of administrative and technical processes associated with the management system
- You prepare and coordinate various internal or external evaluations and inspections while ensuring the implementation of necessary action plans
- You actively participate in strengthening good practices regarding quality and safety in production and development activities
- You support continuous improvement initiatives and accompany projects aimed at optimising work methods and operational flows
- You collaborate with various internal functions to ensure consistency of quality standards and proper application of existing procedures
You offer your new employer
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in food sciences or an equivalent qualification in the agri-food or quality field
- You have proven experience in quality assurance within the food industry with exposure to coordination or management roles
- You are proficient in French and have good knowledge of German, with English being an additional appreciated asset
- You are comfortable with quality systems, regulatory documentation, and standards such as FSSC 22000 as well as associated management tools
- You demonstrate natural leadership, good analytical skills, and fluent communication fostering interdisciplinary collaboration
