- Analyse and apply control plans ensuring their compliance with quality requirements, and participate in the implementation of new control plans if necessary.
- Manage non-conformities from identification to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, analyse potential causes, and propose long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide support in managing measuring instruments: maintenance, calibration, adjustment of periodicity, evaluation of new external providers.
- Actively collaborate with the machining, assembly, methods, technical office departments as well as purchasing within the scope of activities.
- Ensure all internal processes always comply with the quality standards followed by the company.
- Substitute for the Team Leader in their absence and manage the daily activities of the mechanical QCO.
- Mandatory mechanical CFC (polymechanic, industrial draughtsman or equivalent).
- Experience in mechanics (machining, assembly, etc.), quality control, problem-solving, and non-conformity management in an industrial environment, with mandatory inter-team collaboration.
- Expertise in using measuring tools and quality control techniques: 3D programming, conventional measuring instruments. Proficient in reading technical drawings.
- Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP and quality management / measuring instruments management / control plans management software is an asset.
- Proficiency in French and knowledge of English.
- Keen sense of precision and ability to make informed quality decisions.
- Strong ability to analyse complex technical situations, listen to various stakeholders, and synthesise learning into a clear action plan.
- Ability to manage time and priorities even under heavy workload. Effective communication with hierarchy. Ability to make technical decisions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Dynamism, curiosity, enthusiasm for problem-solving. Communication skills with different types of interlocutors.
