Technical Caretaker Facility Management (m/f) 100% in Luterbach (focus on sanitary as well as door and gate systems)

Your main tasks include:
- Carrying out maintenance, repair and servicing work on sanitary facilities, building equipment and technical installations.
- Independently performing assembly, disassembly and repair work.
- Responsibility for the operation, maintenance and minor repairs of door and gate systems as well as coordination of external service partners.
- Planning and accompanying maintenance work and coordinating with internal customers and external service providers.
- Independently handling customer orders as well as planning and timely implementation of smaller technical measures and projects.
- Conducting regular inspection rounds and identifying, documenting and rectifying minor defects.
- Organising and managing spare parts and consumables.
- Supervising and monitoring external service providers.
- Supporting transport, relocation and site services as well as winter services as required.
- Planning and prioritising own work in coordination with the supervisor.
- Complying with applicable safety, quality and GMP requirements.
Your profile:
- Completed technical or craft vocational training (e.g. Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ, Sanitary Installer EFZ, Heating Installer EFZ, Carpenter EFZ or equivalent).
- Experience in technical building maintenance or facility management.
- Experience in operating or coordinating maintenance of door, gate and locking systems is an advantage.
- Experience in the sanitary sector is an advantage.
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage; appropriate training will be provided if required.
- Independent, reliable and customer-oriented working style.
- Good organisational skills and a structured way of working.
- User knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written. English skills are an advantage.
