Scheduled Bus Driver Team Leader (m/f/d)

To complement our scheduled bus driver team, we are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented individual for the Zofingen location to start immediately or by arrangement as a Scheduled Bus Driver Team Leader.
Your tasks
Team leadership approx. 20%
- You act as a leader and role model and take on the personnel management of about 15 driving service employees
- You train newly hired scheduled bus drivers
- You conduct location meetings and support and develop the employees under your supervision
- You inform about directives and, together with the location management and other team leaders in the operation, ensure their implementation
- You take on on-call duties and assignments at the control centre
Driving service approx. 80%
- You drive our scheduled buses as a scheduled bus driver in Zofingen and Fahrwangen with a smooth driving style through traffic
- You competently advise our customers on tariff and timetable questions and sell tickets
- You inform our customers about any disruptions
Your profile
- Driving licence category D and valid driver qualification certificate (CZV card) mandatory
- Experience in organisational and personnel management of employees
- Several years of professional experience as a scheduled bus driver
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Very good IT user skills and proficient handling of MS Office applications
- High social competence and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- You enjoy working independently and are characterised by reliability, flexibility, and resilience
