As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a younger and ambitious individual (m/f) as

Head of HR and Administration 60-80%

Your area of responsibility

In this managerial position, you will be responsible for the entire personnel administration from the entry to the exit of employees. As a professionally and life-experienced individual, you will

• ensure the monthly payroll
• be responsible for social insurance administration (including payroll declarations)
• act as the internal and external contact person for all personnel matters
• further develop HR processes and management tools
• manage time recording, expenses, and absences
• prepare relevant HR key figures and derive concrete recommendations for action
• maintain the intranet and other employee information tools
• assist in planning and organising various employee events

Your profile

We are looking for a dynamic personality with several years of experience in a comparable position. You

• have a commercial basic education and further training in the personnel field
• can look back on several years of experience in a similar role
• have already been responsible for personnel administration including payroll/payroll runs (Abacus knowledge is an advantage)
• are familiar with Swiss labour law and have excellent written and spoken German
• appreciate the support of AI while using common sense
• are used to working with concentration and setting the right priorities
• enjoy working with people and supporting their professional development
