Job summary

Tasks
- Manage communication with insured individuals and offices, both written and verbal.
- Oversee the entire debt collection process for assigned agencies domestically and internationally.
- Assist in processing address clarifications and rejections as needed.
Skills
- Completed EFZ Kaufmann/Kauffrau training or equivalent qualification required.
- Strong communication skills in German; other languages a plus.
- Proficient in Office applications; familiarity with Syrius, Debit, and CRM is advantageous.

What to expect
- Telephone and written contact with insured persons or authorities
- Responsible for the entire debt collection process of the assigned agencies domestically and abroad under KVG
- Handling of address clarifications & rejections
- Deputising in the handling of inheritance cases
- Long-standing, well-coordinated team
- Up to 2 days home office possible after the probation period
What you bring
- Training as a commercial clerk EFZ, commercial diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience in debt collection and/or accounting advantageous
- Team spirit, discretion, ability to set boundaries and empathy are required
- Confident communication in German, any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of common Office applications
- Technical knowledge of our programmes (Syrius, Debit, CRM) is an advantage
