Engineer (Technician with several years of relevant professional experience or Bachelor) as part of the Technology-Process Engineering group (m/f/d) 80%-100%
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for individual processes / systems / measuring devices
- Yield improvement on series products
- Contact person for production staff in case of problems (troubleshooting)
- Error analysis and optimisation of existing recipes and procedures in production, including related reporting
- Training of production employees
- Implementation of new process flows and production systems including documentation
- Expansion and further development of existing production processes according to market needs
- Planning and management of internal projects and customer projects
Your profile:
- Completion of a technical training (e.g. physics, chemical laboratory technician, microsystems technician) with proven several years of professional experience in the respective field and/or degree from a university of applied sciences / university in a suitable discipline (e.g. microsystems technology, chemistry, physical chemistry, physics, engineering)
- Relevant knowledge in the listed areas is an advantage but not a basic requirement
- Very good comprehension, enjoyment of complex contexts, flexibility and resilience
- Independent, systematic and purposeful working and recording of achieved results
- Understanding of the needs of a production company
- Good German and English skills in spoken and written form are a matter of course to ensure cooperation within the group, with customers and suppliers
- Interest and willingness to support other areas if necessary after training
