Your Tasks
- Planning and coordination of consultation and partly complex procedure appointments
- Telephone and personal contact with patients, referrers, general practitioners, and insurance companies
- Editing, sending, and managing medical reports
- Handling various administrative tasks, including scanning and filing documents
- Reception duties and first point of contact for patients and their relatives
- Supporting a smooth practice and consultation workflow
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training
- Further training as a medical secretary
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology
- Very good IT user skills
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and service orientation
- Calm and resilient personality, even in hectic situations
- Reliable, fast, precise, and independent working style
- High team spirit and flexibility
- Willingness to work flexible days
