About the job

Context

As an IT Procurement Manager, you will join a team responsible for IT procurement and ensure the operational management of tenders, contracts, orders, and budget commitments, in compliance with public procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT tenders and participate in the adjudication processes.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of contracts, renewals, and budget commitments.
• Manage IT orders and control supplier invoices.
• Administer IT request processes.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and public procurement regulations.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in IT procurement and mastery of the complete purchasing cycle.
• SAP and ITIL certifications or diplomas mandatory, with at least 4 years of experience on ServiceNow.
• Good understanding of IT environments and Swiss public procurement.
• Rigor, organisation, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple files.

Assets

• Experience in the public sector.
• Experience with IT public procurement.
• Good knowledge of contract and financial management.
