What you will achieve with us
- As a specialist, you are part of the shared governance team of the Orthopaedic Department and represent professional topics within the team.
- As an orthopaedic specialist, you significantly shape the professional quality in the department. You promote and support the continuous development of quality standards and act as a competent contact person for nursing-related questions within the team.
- You conduct case discussions and short training sessions and support the nursing team in the correct implementation of nursing activities as well as in complex care situations.
- You care for patients comprehensively according to internal standards across all three shifts and correctly implement the nursing process.
- In a motivated team of specialist and nursing experts, you have the opportunity to participate in internal projects and regularly benefit from professional discussions.
What you bring with you
- You are a qualified nurse FH/HF with further training in nursing and/or quality assurance (CAS/DAS/MAS/NDK/NDS) or are willing to complete such training.
- You have professional experience and are characterised as a committed, determined, and resilient personality.
- You work solution-oriented, possess implementation competence, and enjoy promoting constructive interprofessional collaboration.
- You have the courage and willingness to take new and unconventional paths.
- You have strong organisational skills, are flexible, and resilient.
