About the job
As a Skilled Worker according to OIBT (Federal Mastery), you are the company’s on-site professional reference. You ensure the quality of execution, the application of best practices, and compliance with technical standards across all sites.
- You report to the department head;
- You are the technical and professional reference on the sites;
- You supervise and support team leaders and production teams;
- You have all the skills to manage a project in its entirety;
- In direct contact with clients, you support them from the study phase through to the monitoring and acceptance of the sites;
- You oversee the completion of your projects respecting quality, safety, deadlines, and costs;
- You control the quality of the work and compliance with plans and standards;
- You manage your budget up to the final result and effectively lead your team;
- You provide technical solutions in case of on-site issues;
- You ensure the transfer of know-how and best practices;
- You collaborate closely with site managers and management;
- You ensure strict compliance with safety rules.
- Holder of a federal diploma as an electrician installer or expert in electrical installation and safety (HFPEL) or equivalent;
- Proven and recognised experience in construction in Switzerland;
- Resident in the Vaud region for several years (Switzerland or Permit C), with good commercial knowledge of the Vaud and Geneva sectors is a plus. You will be able to retain and develop the current client portfolio;
- You have an excellent command of French both spoken and written and have good knowledge of English; German would be an asset;
You have solid foundations in project, commercial, and human management;
- Advanced technical mastery in structural work / building / civil engineering;
- Your ability to unite and train teams are assets for success in this position;
- You possess natural authority, strong leadership skills, and great autonomy.
