The Raiffeisenbank Züri-Unterland with locations in Bülach, Neerach, and Regensdorf is a successful bank with strong customer trust and deep regional roots. For our team, we are looking for a warm, competent, and entrepreneurial-minded personality who enjoys telephone customer consulting.

• You show our customers solutions for banking services by phone – with heart and enthusiasm
• You recognize customer potentials and specifically refer them to your colleagues from other specialist departments
• You inspire customers for our digital offers
• You proactively contact existing customers with your team to create added value together

• Experience in customer consulting, ideally in the banking environment
• Enjoyment of telephone contact – you can listen, inspire, gain trust, and offer suitable solutions
• Interest in financial topics with a desire to develop further
• Down-to-earth nature, warmth, and a sense for people
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively help shape things
