IT Generalist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Central point of contact for IT support around Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and peripherals
Collaboration with external IT service providers to ensure stable IT operations
Planning and implementation of IT projects, rollouts and Microsoft 365 optimisations
Responsibility for the entire user lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and device provisioning with Intune/Autopilot
Support with administrative tasks to increase team efficiency
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training (EFZ) or equivalent education
At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the field
Practical application and confident use of acquired expertise
Strong willingness to learn, reliability and independence
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
