(100%)About this position
Do you want to start your career at a rapidly growing audit and consulting firm? We are looking for young talents from October 2026 at our Zurich location who want to be part of our success story.
We offer you the opportunity to start your career as a Junior in the Audit & Assurance Industry area. In our young, dynamic, and professional team, you will experience a wide range of assignments at clients on site.
Your tasks
- At the start as a Junior, you will participate in the Forvis Mazars Introduction Week, which gives you a deep insight into the methodology of the audit and is rounded off by networking events with your future colleagues.
- As a Junior, you will work in a team of trained experts, among other things, on regular audits of consolidated financial statements of international and listed groups according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER.
- During your training to become a certified public accountant, your main focus is on external auditing. At the same time, you analyze processes, assess risk management, and thus gain deeper insight into the industry and the business model of our international clients.
- During your work, you will have first contact with the CFOs, CEOs, and the board of directors of our clients. You will receive responsibility early on and can independently conduct meetings and give presentations.
- In auditing, you also work interdisciplinarily with experts from Forvis Mazars and gain experience in topics such as data analytics, process mining, valuation, tax, forensic, and much more.
- We support you during your 3 to 4 years of training to the internationally recognized diploma as a certified public accountant and ensure that you have enough time to prepare for your exams.
- If interested, you can help shape proposals, support event organization, and contribute to recruiting new team members.
- After completing the diploma as a certified public accountant, you can further specialize within the audit or develop your own business case for a special topic. You will receive feedback and support from your coach for the case creation and will continue to be promoted at Forvis Mazars.
Your profile
- You are a graduate (or about to graduate) from a university or university of applied sciences, preferably with a focus on accounting and audit.
- You are interested in training to become a certified public accountant.
- You have very good German and English skills.
- You are an entrepreneurial personality who wants to contribute to the development and growth of Forvis Mazars.
- You are a team player who enjoys supporting innovations and transformations.
Why Forvis Mazars

- You receive individual mentoring from an experienced person at Forvis Mazars.
- You can contribute from the start and take initiative to make suggestions.
