nurse or health specialist for the dementia residential group, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You care for and support the residents of the dementia residential group according to the principles of the care institution's mission statement
• When caring for the elderly, you also incorporate their biographies into your work
• You take on daily responsibility, care planning and are also happy to take on additional tasks
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a nurse or health specialist
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
• Furthermore, you gladly take responsibility and have experience in long-term care
• The continuous development of quality in care and support is very important to you
• Knowledge of RAI NH and EPDOK is an advantage
• Additionally, you value trust, respect and humour?
