As an intern at the reception and telephone of our Lausanne agency, you will ensure that our tenants and clients are properly served in this 12-month professional relationship. You will also have the opportunity to discover the real estate sector and enter this exciting field directly after completing your training.
Real Estate Receptionist Intern (f/m/n)
Your mission in detail
- Personal and telephone support for our tenants/clients at reception and on the phone
- Forwarding telephone calls to the responsible contact persons and also providing information yourself
- Supporting the organisation/management of repair and maintenance measures
- Performing administrative and secretarial tasks
- Assisting with administrative management (clarifications, dispatch, rental contracts, etc.)
Your profile
- You have a solid basic education (Immobase training is an advantage).
- You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- You are courageous, flexible and, as a versatile person, skilfully use your diverse talents every day
