Your Tasks

• Responsibility for operating and monitoring CNC milling machines with Siemens control
• Setting up and converting machines for processing steel frames
• Ensuring smooth production processes in your area of responsibility
• Supporting and coordinating the deburring team in daily business
• Carrying out quality controls according to specified guidelines
• Participating in process optimisations and continuous improvement measures
• Analysing sources of errors and initiating appropriate corrective actions
• Compliance with quality, safety and production requirements
• Willingness to work in shifts including weekends

Your Profile

• Completed basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machine operation, ideally in milling
• Experience in setting up and operating CNC systems with Siemens control
• Knowledge of CAM programming, preferably TopSolid, is an advantage
• Ability to read and understand NC codes and technical drawings
• Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
• Teamwork skills as well as assertiveness in coordinating employees
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
